Lower Stanley

LODGING

Lower Stanley Cabins and Motel are located on the bank of the scenic Salmon River. There is a beautiful unobstructed view of the Sawtooth Mountains from our motel balcony. Eight of our cabins share the same majestic view from their decks.

The motel and a select number of cabins are open year-round. You can enjoy a quiet getaway in a relaxing atmosphere.
Each motel unit has two queen beds, color TV, table and chairs, bedding and towels, private bath, and kitchenette. All units are non-smoking, but ash trays are provided on the balcony. You may choose to stay in one of our real log cabins. Every cabin has its own private bath with a shower. All units are non-smoking. Bedding and towels are provided.

Motel Room

Each room includes two queen beds and a kitchenette. The kitchenette has a two-burner stove top, efficiency fridge, microwave, coffee maker, and toaster. You don't even have to bring your own dishes - pots, pans, and dishes are in the room already.

Cabin 10

Cabin 10 was recently remodeled and now features a covered porch and covered deck on the river side of the cabin as well as an entrance on the front and back of the cabin. The interior was completely remodeled and now features a new kitchen with a fridge, two burner cook top, kitchen sink, microwave, coffee pot, as well as new cabinets for storage. The cabin also has two full sized beds, a 32 inch HDTV with over 100 channels, and internet access.

Cabin 11

Cabin 11 has a separate bedroom with two queen beds, and a futon in the main room. It has a propane fireplace and a full kitchen. The bathroom has a shower/tub combination.

Cabin 12 has a separate bedroom with one queen bed. A second queen bed is located in the main room with a futon. It has a propane fireplace and a full kitchen. The bathroom has a shower/tub combination.

Cabin 14

This cabins is a duplex. Cabin 14 is to the right when viewed from the outside, and Cabin 15 is to the left. There is a big rock fireplace, with a propane fireplace inside, a queen bed, and a private bathroom.

Cabin 15

Cabin 16

This is a large, two-room cabin, known as the family cabin. The main room has a queen bed, a futon couch/bed, and a full kitchen. The separate bedroom also has a queen bed.

Cabin 27

Cabin 27 and 28 is a newly built duplex cabin located on the Salmon River with covered decks on both sides of the cabin and access on to both sides of the cabin. Each cabin includes a full sized bathroom with a tub-shower combination, along with a kitchen that includes a cook stove and large fridge. Each cabin also includes a large loft with two queen sized beds. On the main floor there is one queen size bed as well as a futon. In between the two cabins is a double wall to help prevent noise transfer; however, for families that would like to rent both cabins there are conjoining doors that can be opened to provide access to both rooms.
